"Glowing law AKA Coupland Cavendish Ltd Are hands down the most scamming “solicitors” going. If Shameless was a solicitors this would be it. Staff are rude, argumentative, incompetent and unprofessional not to mention their limited vocabulary, they randomly use the word ALLEGED a lot during conversation. Countess vile file handlers one called Craig David-son a typical scaly on a power trip constantly talking down to us to provoke a negative reaction. 0 respect, all pleasantries suddenly stop when they get you signed up. My nans case was left stagnant for over a year, no repairs, no correspondence and was dropped when we complained due to her being left homeless because of the severity of disrepair which were hazardous to her declining health. Carl Chapman doesn’t handle complaints he is the main scammer. I would advise anyone to go (SRA)Solicitors Regulation Authority with all complaints as they need to be shut down for illegal practices and should be made to pay compensation."
