"First time sat down for a coffee and a smoked salmon bagel. The bagel was great, service was lukewarm. Went back a second time - this time I had my baby in the pram. It was a bit difficult getting through the door with the two steps on the way, but I managed. The staff had their backs against the door and they didn’t notice me coming in, so it’s fair enough they didn’t offer to help holding the door open. On my way out however, after I had bought an expensive but mediocre sandwich to go, both women just stood there and didn’t bother to help me, even though I was clearly struggling! I’ve never experienced such apathy with any other business, let alone one that has such a high price point."

"I would have liked to have been able to leave 4.5 stars. Coffee tastes really good, but not the best. I ordered a flat white with Oatly Barista which is my usual but never had one made so lacking in creaminess before. It was completely watery in texture. The barista did mention that the other brand of oat milk they use (which I’d never seen before) is easier to work with so maybe he just needs a little more practice with the Oatly. That being said I’d come here again. The shop has a chilled vibe, and the baristas are friendly and helpful. My colleague had a toasted sandwich and said it was a 7/10. A good experience overall."
