"Literally 1 assistant on serving massive ques on a Saturday morning. When I questioned this man who was yaughing his head off half asleep. His attitude was terrible. This supposed to be a happy children's toy store.very sad smiths executives. Unfortunately you need a big shape up. And this is not a one off or shortage of staff because we use this store m out weekends."

"Shop is every kid dream because of the size and variety of toys available. Not so happy with the payment as couldn't use my gifcard from one4all where on their page it says that smyths accepts it and it does work online. Maybe staff should be trained better."

"Great to have a toy store back in the area...Smyths have done well with the plot and the place opened just in time for Xmas is cracking. Staff were friendly when approached, layout of the store is pretty much like the others. Love the fact that there's arcade machines that are playable here. The downside is the width of the parking spaces. Parent child spots will be taken up quick so you're then left with normal slots. With two kids in the back and parked between two cars that have parked properly it's still a squeeze to get the kids out."
