"Broke my car bonnet and refused responsibility. No problem if they'd put their hands up and said really sorry, something has happened. I understand that accidents happen, that would be fine! Just walked off saying it was already broken when I dropped it off and left me on the forecourt to deal with the problem myself. Why would I bring my car to be fixed if I knew they couldn't access it? That's a waste of everyone's time. Took the car back for the MOT retest (which took slightly longer because I had to fix the bonnet they broke) and they tried to charge me again for a full test. Terrible customer service and dishonesty. Will never use again."
