"Sergio Costa founded a coffee roastery in Fenchurch Street, London, in 1971, supplying local caterers. The family had moved to England from Parma, Italy, in the 1950s.Costa branched out to selling coffee and opened their first store in Vauxhall Bridge Road, London in 1981."
"The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and is a great place to chill out on your own or with friends. When you sit inside, you'll feel like you're in a part of secret London away from all the hustle and bustle of Harrow! They need to keep cleaning the tables regularly though."
"The members of staff are very rude and disrespectful. The day I went there the tables were full of dirty dishes while the staffs were all talking in their language very loud which makes a really bad atmosphere. The staffs in that shop definitely needs training. I asked for a tea and the tea was served straight into the cup, when I asked the staff why she is serving the tea that way she was rude and grabbed a empty tea pot and gave to me, I then asked her to put some hot water on it. I will never come back to that shop."
"Came in and tables were dirty. I went up to order my drink to which the customer service was poor, no smiling, no warm friendly welcome. The team was all talking amongst each other in polish in front of customers. A recommendation for the team is to be more friendly and create a better customer experience. My drink was pretty tasteless also."
