"This place only gets a 5* for one reason...Sana, she is excellent. Sana makes beautiful coffee and has a beautiful nature. She is always polite serves with a smile and makes you feel welcome. When Sana makes your coffee it tastes like it has been made with love. I'm not over fond of this costa in particular because the parking is terrible and the staff are very hit & miss on both customer service and barista skills. Sana however is lovely and so is her coffee."

"I visited Costa Coffee at Neasden on last Sunday, I was thinking to review it and finally today I got the time to do so. I was amazed by the service as it's getting more quicker. I ordered a cappuccino to be served in and surprisingly my coffee was ready as I finish my order. The Hijab girl who served me was very sweet and nice, she told me about Costa club card and it's benefits being a daily costumer I was losing my beans, free coffees and exciting offers on food. She installed Costa app on my phone in few seconds. Later she came to my table to confirm whether I'm able to sign up or not and she helped me throughout very precisely and I appreciate her. Last but not least cleanliness and atmosphere was impressive. Overall it was a delightful experience and I'd like to go for coffee every time ."

"Arrived at Costa at 5:20pm to find the doors locked. Knocked on the door and lady behind the till is waving her arms to indicate they are closed. No explanation given for shutting up shop early. Maybe you guys should change your hours on Google and put down 5:20pm instead of 5:30pm."
