"Not great to be honest, took 1 hour and 35 mins to change a tyre. This was mid afternoon (approx 2.30pm) and I only seen one worker (the others were apparently on there lunchtime, bit late for a lunchtime). It’s just not the same as it used to be, when Kenny was running the show. It was always in and out in about 20 mins and they had a good laugh with you etc. now it’s just, Take a seat sir, would you like a coffee sir. It’s gone all none graft and you will wait ages. I will be going to ATS next time as I have been before and was in and out within approx 20 mins. I was really disappointed to see that it had changed hands and that hardly if any of the old workers were there."

I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady called Gaynor, she asked if I preferred to wait or was I calling back later, I decided to wait. Gaynor asked if I would like a hot drink while I was waiting nice touch! My Good News….my car just needed a headlight bulb which was fitted and Hey Presto!
