All over a document that was sent to me on May 16th which I was asked to fill and return to them. 2 weeks later I call up for a separate issue and all hell ensued with Jane going absolutely ballistic about this document. Bennett’s was recommended to us by a dear friend for their excellent service and I would completely agree right up until the customer service went so far out the window because they couldn’t close the case as I hadn’t returned this document after 2 weeks. All in all after this experience I would not recommend. Such a shame."
