"The sister brach managed by the same person Jayde just got closed down by ofsted for being unsanitary and dirty. Having staff that aren’t qualified to work there or had the right training to give basic life skills. Having children sleep in a room alone un supervised the list is very long I would beware of this nursery"

"Where do I begin. This place is unprofessional and discusting. Had alot of problems with them as my mate is pregnant and also lives in one of are accomadations we went in to an appoinment and the midwife jannet was very rude towards me and was being very unreasonable saying I can't come in as they could not identify me even though they could see they where distressing my mate. Next appointment I did not attend but after appoments I met up with my mate she was in tires she told me the midwife had said she need to go hospital as she could not find heart beat even though she was only 12 weeks anyway so we went hospital and they said everything was ok and that are midwife jannet is wrong for sending her and needs to read the CQC REGULATIONS AGAIN my mate aslo said the midwife was saying stuff about me and was glad that I was not there cuz I was rude. This is very improfeional jannet as talking behind someone's back is wrongfull I will be taking this further and will not be taking heer back there so anyone who goes here don't see jannet ask for someone elses as she is very improfeional and wrong. also made my mate in a lot of pain after pushing down hard on her belly so she need to go through her training agin as I have to mums who for NHS as midwifes and they both say this is wrong and she should be fired for wrongful behaviour and personality."

"My son is very much settled into nursery and enjoys his time here. He loves his teachers and friends, talks about them when he comes home. Very proud of how independent he can be with his playtime and learning."

"I am very pleased with the level of care my daughter is experiencing at Bright Sparks nursery. She is happy and enjoying time at the nursery. The environment is safe and staff are friendly and caring. I always feel comfortable and safe leaving my daughter."
