I popped into the showroom of joy and saw a beautiful MK2 focus RS in fantastic condition. Mark took the time to explain the car to me, the mods, and its value. We came to a quick agreement on figures and the car was delivered in person by Mike within a couple of days, which is a great turnaround as I’m rather impatient, to say the least. Mike was always extremely friendly and helpful and while they weren't able to let me test drive the car Mike did take me for a ride to allow me to appreciate the car. Although they weren't overly interested in my old car as part ex they were really helpful in picking me up from we buy any car. Following the sale I did get some issues with the car but Mike was extremely happy to help and drove over 100 miles to come and collect the car to put it right. Really happy with the customer experience and now own my dream car."
