"***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** If I could have given this company a 0 stars I would have. Terrible customer service. They took over £400 for an item and did not send tracking information. The courier company they used apparently attempted delivery but I was in all day and no one knocked on my door. So I contacted the supplying business via facebook chat to find out where my parcel was and to obtain a tracking number. I was met with a defensive and unprofessional response but was also told the parcel would be delivered the following day, I told them I would be highlighting the customer service received in the form of a negative review (later on I believe this was deemed a 'threat'). I took the day off work to wait for my item, it is needed for my small business. It did not turn up again so I checked the tracking that was eventually given to me and the company that sent it had requested it to be returned back to them at 12.30, early hours of the morning, without informing me. I then called them to find out what was going on and spoke with the business owner, he said he had stopped the delivery and proceeded to claim I was abusive and aggressive in the messages sent the previous day (in no way was this the case) I asked him to highlight, explain and prove where in the messages there was any form of aggression or abusive language. Unsurprisingly, he could not do this. I then asked for the parcel to be sent back out when they received it as I had parted with over £400 and was yet to receive anything. His response was 'I'll consider it'.... in what world is that response acceptable. It seems this company do not like owning up to simple mistakes and, when they are questioned on it, make any excuse possible to not to not cooperate and make things right for a paying customer."
