Reviews of Imagination Street
"Really great experience here. The staff were amazing, there are comfy sofas, the place is so clean and tidy. The food and drink are reasonably priced."
"Good value for money. Pre-Booking is essential and mandatory. Car park is huge, so no worries or rush getting there. Staff are friendly. The place is kept t clean, with constant attention from the staff. Coffee tastes great! Food is good yet expensive, but what eat-out food isn't nowadays, and while it is expensive, the price benchmarks well with other establishments. Although there is a Baby and Toddler section , as a parent of 4 daughters, I wouldn't recommend this place for children under 4, and even then not for children who are gentle and nice ... why? ... the large climbing adventure structure in the middle is huge, which is great, but your kid will not be visible to you while they are in there. You only have to venture in there searching for your kid once on a busy day, and you will witness all sorts of scenarios where kids are fighting, hitting, generally being instinctively driven 4 to 6 year olds in there acting how they do when bo adult is watching them. Its like Lord of the Flies in there. So don't take a child that can't stick up for themselves, they'll be eaten alive."
"I visited the trampoline section with my children and found the staff very helpful and friendly. The trampoline section was very quiet and the kids seemed to really enjoy themselves. We will definitely visit again and explore the soft play section next time."
"Haven't been for a very long time and can't believe how much the standards have slipped since our last visit. The long & slow queues not only to get in but then to get a drink/food etc was terrible. Also the con for you then to purchase their own in house branded trampoline socks is an absolute disgrace!!! After a £43 entrance fee for 1 x adult & 3 children, £30 spent on food and drink then another £6 for trampoline socks - a very over expensive day out for a soft play! Definitely will not be returning here again!"
"Been to quite few soft plays and I have to admit that I never seen a place as clean as this one. Staff stays on top with cleaning, not only picking up rubbish and vacuuming but also wiping all surfaces the kids are touching!! Im just so impressed as they really do take care of that place. Loads of attractions for kids, baby area is quite limited but to be honest babies don't really care. Bigger kids have so much to play with it's just great. And to top it up while they play you can have some delicious food and a great cuppa. Lovely place and definitely worth every penny, highly recommend!"
