"£11.90 for a 1 year old and a 5 year old, in between the mats in the toddler area was absolutely disgusting, baring in mind kids of that age stick most things in there mouth you’d have thought the place would have vacuumed under the mats every so often, they have 100% never been cleaned; disgusting!!!"
"We waited over an over an hour for food after being told it was a 45 minute wait, I kept asking about the food after waiting 50 minutes to be told it’s 5 minutes , it’s 2 minutes to them be waiting another half an hour ! When we did receive the food they had missed the sides off all the children’s meals which made it difficult as when the sides then came out the children had already eaten most of their meals. Staff were sat at the bottom of the slide which is were I’m presuming they were told to supervise and were on their mobile phone. Also we had to pay for a 1 year old to come in which I get as most places charge but as he literally didn’t play at all and stayed sat with his mother the whole time we asked if we could have a refund/partial refund due to him not playing but was told it wasn’t possible. I found the staff to be quite rude at times. Overall I won’t be returning as the bad defiantly outweighed the good for this particular establishment ."
"It was a nice environment for children to have fun play time. They also have decent rooms for party and the staff are great. The only issue with the location is parking, most especially at weekends when many people are around."
"Play area is good but they made some changes recently which means we won’t be going again: 1. They now charge £1 per adult which is rip-off given that we’re already going to spend money on drinks/food. Why should it cost more for both parents to take their kids to a soft play instead of just one?! 2. They now have 90 min time limit which they told me after I paid. They do add on 30 mins if you want food but given that the kids can’t then carry on playing after lunch, we decided not to stick around and ate somewhere else, which meant they actually lost money. We used to travel further to go here but because of these changes we’ll just go to one closer to home in future."
