"Last year we purchased a chimney pot. Despite being fitted by a builder it cracked. The builder said it was a manufacturing fault. I phoned several times and was basically given the run around. I was even told the manager would phone back but that never happened. In future we will use more professional companies who deal with faulty parts in a customer friendly manner.
