"Great service, product, and price. I ordered some oak handrails and primed spindles for a customer to fit their new balustrades. "I ended up with an excellent result using this product, but only after employing a couple of tricks I found out the hard way. Initially I assumed you could simply measure out the positions of the brackets and fix them to the staircase handrail and bottom rail. But this resulted in spindles that were slightly off the vertical, because the fixed angle of the brackets was not quite equal to my staircase angle. I subsequently used a homemade plumbline to align the upper brackets correctly to the pre-fixed lower brackets. (The top of the line was fixed to a loose bracket which I could slide along the underside of the handrail). The second problem was that the brackets, surprisingly, were only a loose fit in the tube ends. This meant that many of the fitted spindles rattled and could be easily rotated!  I cured this by wrapping the bracket spigots with a few turns of narrow masking tape before pushing into the tube. "Hi, I’d like my query to be escalated to the managing director of the company. There’s been multiple failures by both Elsa and Mason. I ordered a few items online on 19/10. I entered all my details and paid via PayPal. Apparently, my house number was not present. This is impossible as I entered all of it and it would not have let me order it without the full address. Also PayPal has my full address as well. In any case I rang APC as soon as I was prompted by an APC driver who was delivering a different item to my address. They advised that the item was sent back to supplier as it did not have a full address. I rang the you guys and was advised the item will be refunded and I'd have to order again. Surely the item could just be sent out as APC said the supplier had my item by today. The biggest let down was I was lied to. I was advised that APC and you guys called me multiple times. There has been NO attempt by anyone to contact me. APC assured me they hadn't contacted me. No one had the decency to call me back after I called today and there has been no reply to my previous email. On top of that I was told I'd have to pay for the whole order again to reorder it and wait for the refund on the other delivery?! That makes absolutely no sense. I'd appreciate senior management to help he understand the failings in this situation before I proceed to leave reviews online. Kind Regards"

"Good shop. Not seen any other stairs showroom. Have most things you need for your stairs. Gets very busy on Saturdays. Make sure you browse the website before hand and get a feel for what they offer, prices and what you want. You can order online too but there is a £20 charge."
