"Terrible staff here, I once went in and asked if I could pay by card here, the old guys response was 'no' when blatantly there was a card machine. Only other time I've been in it was the same guy who clearly just hates people given his manners. Just avoid this place and use the shop over the road."
"Disgusted by the customer service this evening. I went in to buy a can of coke, but only had a £10 note, the shop keeper refused to serve me stating he has no change because it's a Monday. What a petty excuse and what a shame, I wanted my can of coke so I asked him il take two £1 scratch cards so he has to give back less change then he jumped and give me the scratch cards and took the £10 of me. I think this was s stunt used by the shop keeper just to get some more money out of me. Will never use this terrible shop again and will let everyone know of his disgraceful behaviour and typical attitude."
