"Around May 2018, I received a call from this company. I asked where did they get my contact from, and they said they got my contact from the partner Universities that I previously applied. As i applied the course by myself and was unfortunately rejected. Thus, my initial decision was it was best to have an agent based in the UK to apply on my behalf. As I am based abroad and at a different timezone. We talked about my situation over the phone and they understood quite clearly about my application. The person that I dealt with is Mr Dominic Caldino, a general manager. He is a great person and is quite supportive. That i have to give him and he does constantly attend to my queries and reassured me regarding my application. However, the only reason why they attend to my queries is because I am always the one calling them regarding throughout the whole process. If i do not constantly call them up, I am still left in the dark regarding this matter. The whole process kept getting delayed, despite giving a sum of 150 pounds. Subsequently, I waited till July 2018 and applied an alternative legal course through them. And they demanded 120 pounds. At the end, despite forking out these amount of money, unfortunately, all of the applications had been rejected. Be warned anyone who decided to use this agent representative. Do not use them, because they are unfortunately not as organised as they promised to be."
