"We used to buy loads. Then price suddenly and greedily shot up for a certain prosecco by 1 pound. So stopped buying it. Then suddenly the price dropped , as no one buying it. Greed, greed, greed."

"I purchased a bottle of wine from the Shop (Faustino Rose Rioja 200&) priced at £8.99... when I opened and sampled the wine it was clearly corked. So I returned the bottle to the shop and was refused a full refund... I was offered an exchange to the same wine (which I refused as this could and probably was a Corcked batch)... I then requested an alternative bottle of Wolfblas which was £1 cheaper... however the shopkeeper flatly refused to refund the £1 difference..... So my choice was a No refund, drink the corked wine of take a lesser priced bottle but pay over the odds for it... Given this choice I opted for the lesser priced wine at the moere expesive price.. however I strongly object to not been given a full refund..... Very poor (and overpriced) wine..."
