"Booked table but employee forgot to put it down so no table for 15 manager managed to find a place and put some tables together after an hours wait for food it came, no sauces with steaks, chips hard in the middle, chicken burnt, food at table but no cutlery, other items ordered and paid for did not arrive. Was offered a refund and round of drinks but it was never about the money so didn't get it by this point the night was ruined as we were there to celebrate a birthday.... Never again very poor"
