"Been to other Screwfix stores in the area and none amount to the excellence Thorne deliver, never enjoyed going into a shop during covid as much, it’s very safe everyone takes the situation seriously and everyone is a joy to talk to."

"A great resource for Thorne. The store itself is well stocked and rarely leaves you waiting for the things you need. If you do have to wait it’s typically 24-48 hours to get your stuff which is really good. Staff are friendly and quick to serve. Click and collect is very efficient but if you have a question or want some advice, the staff are generally very good and knowledgable. Parking is good BUT frequently one of the gates is closed making the parking area one car in or out at a time which makes it really unsafe for traffic flow - because of this I’ve given it 4 stars. I’ve informed staff about this and it still happens - why not at other screwfix stores??"
