"Rang to inquire re a placement staff were rude didn't return calls and when I finally got hold of someone was told I could but my name down but will probably not be possible for my child to attend with this In mind I was enquiring for a child not yet born and over a year notice wouldn't rewthis nursery as don't even have professionalism to return emails or calls poor business approach"
