"Great school, I was enjoying so much, since I was in Year 5, we visit it on July. Thanks."
"Absolute joke of a school. I would strongly recommend only sending your children here if you hate them. My mixed race daughter was informed by a member of staff that she couldn't wear blonde braids because the colour "wasn't natural for her" so that should tell you everything you need to know. They hired security guards and one of them physically tackled a student with autism. Immediately after they banned all mobile phones in the school. So they can carry on operating without repercussions. They have now started escorting the students to and from the toilet. Which I find extremely inappropriate and degrading for students. My son is ignored and sent home constantly because they didn't put through his cahms referral for over a year. I'm not sure if it's because he's mixed race or because he doesn't have funding but they won't "care" about him till that funding is in place. There are a few teachers who are lovely and the reception staff are great but that's it. I cannot wait for my children to leave and if my daughter wasn't in the middle of GCSEs I would pull them both out of the school. One star is too good"
"It's a great school. But it's highly focused on preventing homophobia even though the school will literally let racists stay in school. Recently there was a stabbing and a man literally brought a gun with him to park yesterday. I would recommend going to this school but you should try and make sure your son or daughter avoids getting into 'gang related' stuff."
"This school is pure art, the marvel legend(morbius) is my math teacher , the scran is truly morbin. A hundred mormotions flow through me in pure excitement just because it's morbin time , the schools religion is morbianity which I love ,Binley mega chippy is 2 minutes away so after school I can buy a fresh morbius meal"
"It was actually pretty good, the school rules may seem strict, but in most cases they're fairly lenient compared to other schools. The teachers are very supportive, and they'll do pretty much anything to make sure you're getting the grades you want to achieve, or need to achieve if you're under your target grade. My time at this school was pretty much perfect, I got grades that I'm delighted with thanks to the help of teachers and friends, and I couldn't have really asked for anything different. Only issues with the school is that some of the students who go here are quite clearly kids who couldn't care less about their education, and were clearly going to fail from the beginning. Also, in most cases bullying isn't handled well, and kids will start fights left right and centre, of course these fights are taken very seriously and in most cases kids are kicked out because of it, but bullying is commonly overlooked and there are a few kids who become insecure and scared because of it. However, from this point forward, the school is only getting better, so if you're considering coming to this high school, as someone who's been through it all, Grade 2s and Grade 9s, I'd say the support you'll get here is like no other."
