"Terrible has gone downhill big time look around the store loads of empty shelves gives the impression that store is about to close. Spoke to one of the staff who advised they were last drop off from supplier for product which could well explain how bad it looks."
"Stock is limited and staff levels are low. Also wish staff would stop allowing customers to queue jump after assisting with larger products, this has happened to me on 2 occasions. I would suggest paying on the downstairs floor if you can, always seems to be managed better. On a positive note I like the range of pet products!"
