"What a waste of money and time! We had our android device screen replaced at this shop and then fingerprint sensor was not working (which was working well before the replacement). We had it back but the man in the shop was rude saying it’s not his problem at all! If only we knew! NOT RECOMMENDED! ❌❌❌❌❌⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️"
"Does anyone have a shopping experience with this retailer? As a customer, I have the right to disclose my shopping experience with the public.warning the public to be aware of losses the money with this store.I have had a terrible experience with this store. The boss is an irresponsible person,he was not guaranteed things you purchased in the store. He also racial discrimination, speak dirty words to customer, poor service. I strongly remind people don't purchase with this bad retailer."
"Some while ago now my iPhone 7 Plus charging socket was playing up. I took it in the Gadget Shop in Chatham, Kent. An Asian guy behind the counter told me it would need a new socket fitted and it would be £60. I agreed and he said he could do it now and it would be about 30 minutes. I collected my iPhone and paid the £60 and all seemed well. Some time later my battery on my iPhone needed replacing. I took it to the Apple Repair Centre in Historic Dockyard, Chatham. I told the guy in there that I had the socket replaced in the Gadget Shop, Chatham. Anyway, I collected my iPhone after about half an hour. The guy in there told me that I am not going to like this but it was still the original socket in my iPhone with the silicone seal over it. It had just been cleaned, not replaced. He said it was a common problem with iPhones and he would have charged me £20 to clean it. So I was ripped off by the Asian guy in the Gadget Shop in Chatham High Street."
"Back in summer 2017 I bought a Playstation Vita from here which turned out to be faulty. The Vita had a problem where it would constantly be pressing a the down button without me pressing it. To reset it I had to press up on the direction pad which was only a temporary fix. Upon trying to return it the staff member told me it was a software issue and not their fault. I argued with them that they sold it to me faulty and they still wouldn’t give me a refund. Instead they said they’d buy it back off me for £55 compared to the £120 they sold it to me for. I wouldn’t recommend this store. If I could I would give them 0 stars."
