"My wife wrote the review below after a half hour of our life wasted listening to all the reasons why we couldn't be given an idea of the on-costs of skirtings, noses, fittings etc. as specified by their own recommended fitter and why we couldn't get a current idea of the wood costs despite knowing how much we wanted as they didn't know what was coming in and when (??!!) I hadn't realized until today that I was so thick. I wouldn't have added anything except that the lady in question just rang to shout at us-so I'm sort of guessing that they'd rather we bought elsewhere."
"Went this morning to finish our quote and finalise the project , We have our fitter and our requirements of wood required . This is a large project. Including a large lounge. New stairs upstairs and hallways , plus toilet Have been pleased so far. Until this morning Travelled from Harrogate to Birstal do this . The most confusing unhelpful lady dealt with us. It transpires that you cannot get a quote as they don’t know what’s going to be in stock as nothing comes in till March!! ( my floor supposed to be fitted in Jan ) As they can’t tell you what you can have as they don’t know , you can’t have a quote ? As they don’t know what you can have ? So we’re off to find someone who can sell us 52 mts and the bits that go with it now ."
