"One star just because I need to. Had my sons iPad for almost 2 weeks. On 4 occasions they said they’ll keep me updated, they never did. Finally got a verbal quote which was then retracted as they said they couldn’t do it. Finally picked it up still not repaired and they tried to give it back to me without the protective case. Terrible customer service don’t bother!"
"I recently had a bad experience with this shop, an experience that has left me feeling very disappointed, deceived and let down: About three weeks ago, I was given a quote of £35 to replace the charging port on my Sony Xperia XA1 phone, a price that was identical or very similar to a number of online quotes for this particular phone, but when I returned on the 28/03/2023 and spoke to a different person, the quote was now £50 and was told that there had been a mistake with the original price as it could not possibly be only £35, and that the process would involve soldering the charging port, but having watched several videos online I know that no soldering is required to replace the charging port on this phone! I agreed to have my phone “serviced” for £20, which I was told entailed opening the phone to clean and check the connections on the charging port, but to no avail and was told that the charging port would need replacing. I find it hard to believe that my phone had been opened up, checked, cleaned and reassembled, all within half an hour, especially as I am well aware (there are plenty of videos online that attest to this) that this process would involve using a heat source to soften the glue, then very carefully prising the back cover and then adding new adhesive strips, so the whole process would have taken significantly more time!"

"I ordered a replacement phone screen cover. Called on the agreed day to confirm it had come in and they told me yes, it had been recieved, and to come in the following day to install it. Next day I drove the 10 miles to the shop only to be told it had not come in after all. I don't trust what they say and don't recommend them. Won't be going back."
