"Scam company. Also known as quick mobile fix. Their MO is to take money and either not send goods or send faulty goods, then when you return them either refuse a refund or spin a load of BS until you give up. They lie on County Court documents as well. Many many people have been scammed. Be aware"
"Do not use this Company. I purchased an iPhone 6 from them in January 2018 and by September 2018 it was broken. £280 for a phone that worked for 8 months only. My phone stopped working one day and just refused to turn on so I took the phone to iSmash to have a water damage diagnostic run on the phone to make sure it wasn't damaged by myself unknowingly. After many delayed email responses from them, they claim I have voided my warranty by having the phone looked at by a third party repair shop. They are a joke of a Company and the 12 month warranty is meaningless."

Pay Pal investigated my complaint and found in my favour. I gave them a 1 star because there is no option to give none."
"AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. They might brag about having over 2 million reviews on eBay but majority if not all are most likely a scam. Bought an iPhone from this seller, with 12 months warranty, but after 7 months, the item proved to be defective. Apple said there is a hardware issue inside the phone. The phone suddenly stopped working and now the seller won't honour the 12 month warranty. Having seen so many other negative reviews about this seller, I was reluctant to send the phone back by post, as one seller did, and got no response thereafter. I requested if I could deliver the phone in person and resolve the issue. The seller refused to give me this option. Every email I send to them, they are very generic in their responses and don't address every point. I asked for a phone number as the phone number they provided on their website goes straight to the answer machine, and again, I was denied this request. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received."
