"Decided to pop in for a quick half as we were early for a meal. I’d always wanted to try this pub. As soon as we walked in a group of regulars did everything they could to make us feel uncomfortable. I found out later this place is know for it, I can’t imagine the custom they must lose because of these idiots."

"Popped in for a pint whilst waiting on food. The staff were welcoming from the off and the other customers were having a bit of 'banter' with the staff and others. The place was clean and tidy and there was football been shown on a number of screens (sound not to loud). There was also a snug area along with an under cover, well lit beer garden."
"Had my 65th birthday get together there last week on the Bowling green. Live music, Band then a Singer. Social distancing was no problem. Great to see friends and well looked after."
