"Looking for a regular venue for Sunday Lunch, started here and very disappointed! Meal quite presentable but cold. Ate most of it because we were hungry. Lager was flat and coffee was watery. Informed chef and got £5 discount"
"A little disappointed with the food which was overcooked. I liked the eatery as it had a nice atmosphere and lovely service, but didn't think it was value for money. Perhaps this was just a one though"
"Absolutely gorgeous meal and brilliant atmosphere"
"Lovely smiling face waiter Lisa.Order a mixed grill and burger and chips for my wife. I did ask if i could have an extra egg instead of garden peas.I did get an extra fried egg instead of peas.Meal never took more then 15 minutes to come.everything fine till I tried to put my folk in my sausage (rock solid) they did change them and they come after I finished my meal.everything else fine.3 stars from me."
"Food edible but no way enjoyable. We waited 45 minutes for our Sunday dinner, were not informed of the wait on arrival, got to the point we were asking for our money back and wish we'd took it. Sunday dinner was like cold school food. Very basic, all the veg was cold, bland packet mix gravy, cold cuts of meat, why had we waited 45 minutes, this was not freshly cooked hot food. I had to send mine back to be microwave heated. It was edible but bland and boring. Looking around a lot of people not going for the Sunday roast option they must be local and know better. What a waste of time and money. No repeat visit planned."
