"I recently had my iPad's charging port fixed at this shop and was pleased with the quality of work. However, I had to deduct one star because of the miscommunication regarding the pick-up date. I was initially told that it would be ready next day, but it ended up being delayed until the 3rd day. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I would have appreciated if the shop had been more transparent about the expected timeline for the repair. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this shop to others, but I hope that they will work on improving their communication with customers in the future."
