"I damaged my Samsung screen and needed a screen replacement so I could retrieve my photos and content. Chose irepair as they are based in my local area and offered a better price than some well known stores. Excellent service, 48 hour turnaround and phone was repaired like new. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again."
"My Samsung phone had a charging port problem. They change it and put another one for £40, giving me another USBs since I could not use my Samsung USBs anymore since the new Charging port was not original brand. After 2 weeks, the repair didn't work anymore. I went back and they offered me a Wireless Charger for £15. After 1 week, this charger was so cheap made that burnt out after a little use So I spent £55 and got not solutions, only more problems. I can not recommend this store at all. I had to buy a new phone. Of course, I didn't go back to this place. And I wont buy from them anymore even if I live around the corner."

"No refund nor repair service offered for 1 day old broken product Cannot recommend this store. I wanted to buy a power bank for my smartphone. The store owner showed me one for around 15 pounds with 2200 mha. I asked for another one left to the ones he showed me. It was a product with 2800 mha for 3 pounds less. I asked him why he didn’t recommend me that one, he said, the brand is not as good the other one. I ended up buying the cheaper one which said for immediate use. I tried it and after ten minutes charging it stopped. I assumed it must have been in the store for a while so I charged it overnight. Next day I used it and it stopped after ten minutes of usage again. When I unplugged the cable a little piece of the Powerbank got stuck in the cable and I had to get a scissor to repair my cable. I took it back to the store with the original box and the receipt. I explained to him the situation that it a) only works for ten minutes even though it was charged overnight and b) a piece of it came out when I plugged out my cable. He said I destroyed the product by plugging it in the wrong way (seriously?!?) and said he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t offer a refund, nor a repair nor did he want to give me a new one. After some discussions he told me never to come back to his store. This is what the EU law says: „Any goods that turn out to be defective or do not look or work as advertised must be repaired, replaced or refunded. The refund option is only available if it’s impossible to replace or repair the item.“"
