"Decided to go here for the convenience as I normally only go to one person… Asked for short back and sides and a lot left on top. Person doing the hair originally was going to take 10mm off however proceeded to cut 3/4 off and my fringe is twice as long as rest, I look stupid. Totally disregarded what normally is a quite easy request and I ended up with the worse fade going, that bad that I’m constantly being ridiculed and my lines on my head look daft. This wasn’t apparent to me until a colleague took a 360 video. So now I’m still waiting for it to grow back to then have cut to what it should’ve been. It made me realise once again to stick with what you know. I understand it was my first personal experience here however it will be my last. I’ve never had such a dead trim."
