"Ordered a cooker to be delivered the next day to my tenant. When my gas engineer arrived to connect it he saw the brackets on the lid were broken (definitely wasn’t like that when I bought it), also no gas to the burners. When I called the shop he accused the fitter of not being qualified to work a cooker and he’d meet us there. He accused him of breaking the lid and started being very racist, wouldn’t let him speak at all then really started swearing, it was unbelievable! Thankfully I got a refund but really could have done without the grief!"

"I bought a fidge from kevins korner for £35 with a 3 month warranty and 8 years later it is still working like new i am going there next weekend to buy a cooker and hopefully a work top freezer if he has one."

"First impretion s arnt what they seem im afraid,brought a nice 2nd hand cooker and was very happy! When the door broke ànd i asked for there help they were less than helpful,i was willing to pay for the door! But they wanter to charge me £50 to fit it, it turned out i only had to slid the catches in ! The man that came to my home was really rude! What made me more upset was that i had reccommended them to other people, and they then turned out to be really rude and in my opinion they are charging over the odds to fix things."

"My mum is a single working mum , she couldn't afford a brand new washing machine so bought one from Kevin's corner, it was brought to her and installed all seemed fine, then the thing started really banging not wanting to cause bother she didn't phone them until smoke started coming out of the machine, the first person was very rude, the washing machine comes with a 3 month warranty and unfortunately the Warranty had run out by a week, he basically said what do you want me to do about it in a very stroppy tone, she ended up buying another washing machine of them that day even though she couldn't really afford to, the man came and said her floor was unlevel and that's what the problem was, he plumbed it in said if it starts banging call him, one week later she called as the thing sounds like it's going to take off, she was told nothing I can do and he wouldn't come out. So in just over 3 months she has bought two washing machines that are now useless and is out of pocket for both with no service what so ever! I wouldn't even give this shop one star. Disgusting service"
