"Never had any issues with items themself. The low rating is due to the amount of time it takes to even process your order after it has been placed. I placed an order in the last week of Jan. I'm not looking at this even being dispatched until the 2nd week in March. This would be understandable for people who make custom made items and physically sew the item. Not somewhere that has a shop you can go in and pick up the same items from. Logistics really need Improvement!"
