"Absolutely horrible place to shop. Most of the Staff are bunch of clowns, especially the fat guy with the beard. They think they are doing us a favour! Had to wait ovre 30mins to get served, while the staff are all chatting between themselves!"

"Really poor service from these kids that are employed at this store. 3 times I have been in to this store to collect an online order and each time can never find my order which results in me waiting nearly half a hour, 1 young lady shouted 4 times to her colleagues to answer the shop phone and they just carried on talking amongst themselves and ignored her. In future I will collect from Bury store as the staff here seriously don't have a brain cell between them!!"
"Very poor.. limited stock..not very helpful staff. A rude manageress. All the staff seem to be young kids just going through the motions of earning beer or holiday money. Don't take any notice if your looking for items that they tell you are available in other stores. Wasted my time on two occasions now where I was told items where available in other stores. I'd just go straight to the other stores in Bury or Oldham."
