Currys

"Bought a TV from Currys, but then the next day saw Currys advertise the same TV at the same price but with a free sound bar. Hence visited this store to see if I could get the free sound bar. On my first visit, the Currys sales person phoned the main Currys line to sort this out. Promised in the shop that the sound bar would be provided and Currys would phone me in a few days. No phone call received and so phoned Currys, who said there were no notes on the account about this promise. So visited the shop again the next week, and encountered a very rude sales person who just dismissive about the issue, and then would not give me his name for me to make a complaint. Then spoke to his manager who just told me that was the way the sales person was. Very sad to see such a once respected name in electrical retailer being dishonest to customers and then ignoring complaints. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere."

"The gentleman with the sunflower lanyard was amazing. He greeted me with a warm welcome, tended to me very quickly and was friendly. He provided great customer service and handed my click and collect order very swiftly. Didn’t catch his name but he is a great attribute to the team. Will definitely be coming back!!"

"My mum had a really bad experience at another store however Asikto has restored that’s faith that you should not taint everyone with the same brush! I would throughly recommend the branch in Canary Wharf as they do really care about their customers and go above and beyond to personally help you. Asikto made sure that this time round my mum was happy with the product and service from start to finish. He made follow up calls to head office for installation of the new washing machine and to personally call us to see if everything was installed properly. We cannot thank him and the staff at Canary Wharf. I hope the store manage will realised what a great asset he is to the branch in Canary Wharf!"

"Plenty of staff on shift during a quiet period, yet they ignored customers clearly looking for help. The only staff member speaking with a customer was having a heated dispute about a return, in which he was rude and frankly quite childish. When I was eventually served it was by this member of staff, who did not listen, was quite unhelpful, and when he eventually engaged he tried to mislead me in order to upsell products I didn't need. Also made sarcastic comments as I was paying and leaving. Poor customer service."

"It's small so it's selection is not at big at any other Curry's, but it does have a little bit of everything. I went it for pc speakers and whilst they didn't have a huge selection, this did offer a choice of two brands, which is fine for my purposes. This store is good if you need office supplies as soon as possible but don't expect a huge variety of choice."
