"I arrived 13min before store closing time to swap or refund a wet suite (change size). Was refused entry by shop staff member who explained he had "not been letting people in for 15min now...". That would make it almost 30min prior to store closure. Seriously annoyed at the poor customer service. @sportsdirect - this attitude is terrible for business."

The only changing rooms available were these metal cubicles which were right opposite the tills and anyone could look into. I was trying on sports bras and therefore half naked when an older male employee poked his arm over the door and tried to unlock it and when I confronted him about it he ignored me! "This was the first and potentially the last time I am using this company. I have ordered 3 pairs of trainers online few days ago, 1 for my misses and 2 for my child. The items arrived, the boxes were not new and there were some other small issues but not a deal breaker. Me (the dad) was making the orders for a first time and I have ordered 1 size larger C12 instead my child size is C11, so I went to this store as close to my work - Oldfield Rd, Salford M5 4BT, to ask for an exchange for both trainers from C12 to C11, one of the pairs they didn't have and the guy didn't even offer to order them in store and me to exchange later, that is what Next and John Lewis have done in the past. Anyway the other pair they had the right size and when I went to the till the guy wanted to charge me £8 extra for exchanging from C12 to C11, is this a thing and is this normal, he told me Sport Direct when I order online it's not actually Sport Direct it's another company but not Sport Direct and because in store they sell more expensive he want to charge me £8 extra for the same shoes, never ever in my life I have experienced anything like this, also can't find a number for customer services to speak with and to resolve. It is a simple request to exchange one size for another and this should not be charged extra, never ever I have experienced anything like this, how many times have you swaped sizes and have you been charged for the same product one size smaller any fee."
