"I ordered and paid for a smoke alarm which was out of stock, and waited to be contacted. When I visited the store a few days later, the item was again in stock and on sale. I was however informed I could not have on of those and had to wait for the identical one that I ordered. I consider this to be absolutely outrageous, inflexible and unhelpful. Clearly some ridiculous petty "jobsworth" rules take priority ahead of customer service."
