We were not disappointed; from the moment we met Lotty she quickly and efficiently assessed our requirements and following a site visit came up with the design concept. Following a review, we finalised matters allowing orders to placed and the work to start on site. Whenever our contractor had a query, it was resolved promptly by Lotty, where components needed replacement, this was again completed quickly and efficiently.
