"30% restocking charge is disgusting. I've never come across such as outrageous % restocking fee, in fact I've renovated 3 properties and never been charged a restocking fee for returning tiles by any supplier I've used. I strongly suggest to use Essentially Tiles/Tile Trend instead who don't charge such fees. They also allow you to order by the tile (and return by the tile), rather than by the box. Not only do they charge an extortionate fee, they don't tell you about it either - the first time you know about this is when you get your receipt, not before you buy. I find it quite immoral."
