"I have bought two Bosch washing machines through Steve at H20 Appliances and their level of customer service is absolutely outstanding. Reliable affordable refurbished Bosch machines have helped us through hard times and we are now looking at buying a new product as they are also Bosch agents. The last purchase was a washing machine for our tenanted property which failed while we were overseas on holiday. H2O handled the whole thing for us, suggesting a bosch machine, liaising with the tenant and delivering all the way from Purley to Richmond and up a narrow flight of stairs. When they installed the machine they found it was too deep for the kitchen units so without even contacting me they took it away and came back next day with a different model at no extra charge. Service beyond the call of Duty… I cant recommend Steve and H2O appliances enough !"

"It's a shame I can't award 10 Stars!! Steve and his team at H2O Appliances are amazing! I've purchased 3 items from them in the last 6 years and they've all been in amazing condition at great prices and nothing has gone wrong with them! Better than their products though, is the service and advice they offer! I've never dealt with someone from a business who is more honest and friendly than Steve. To the point where Steve has told me not to buy a replacement dishwasher from him, as I could easily fix the issue myself!! No one does this!! Especially in this day and age! However, because of this level of service and trust, H2O Appliances will always have my business and I will always highly recommend them!"
