Tony asked me to ping him a photo of the fixings and the paddle - so I did, and Tony quickly came back to me with the guidance of how to fix the paddle in the drum. Bingo! All sorted! "This is a brilliant company to deal with. I ordered a new washing machine from a well known company to deliver and install and basically they left the transit bolts in place which caused the machine to jerk all over the place when spinning. The original company couldn’t send an engineer back for 2 weeks so I contacted this company.who sent an engineer round within a couple of hours and rectified the problem. All the people including the office staff were extremely helpful. I wish I had used this company in the first place.I know where to go in future.Thank you Suddies."

I spoke with Suddies and sent them the video of the horrendous noise the machine was making, and they gave me some tips to help the machine limp through until I could get a new one out to her.
