"I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! My usual colourist/hairdresser has recently moved out of my area unfortunately and as I only needed a cut not a colour, I thought I'd see if a local salon had an appointment. Having only enquired the day before, they had an appointment left, which I snapped up straight away. The ladies were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I think I spoke to the owner over Facebook to book the appointment and then also in person at the salon, as she shampoo/conditioned my hair, she was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Kirsty (sorry if I spelt that incorrect) cut my hair and she did the most amazing job! From the moment I sat in the chair she made me feel comfortable and really listened to my ideas for my hair, she clearly was very experienced and knew exactly how to achieve my desired hairstyle. She talked me through everything and then got straight to it, she was lovely and chatty and often I get a little nervous and uncomfortable at the hairdressers, but Kirsty made me feel at ease and we had some lovely conversations. Thank you again for an amazing experience and haircut. I would 100% recommend Images hair salon!"
