"Small local pub (Circus Tavern next door even smaller. ) Located in heart of the city. Refreshing change from the trendy bars. Been many times. Good Hydes beer but limited selection due to size. Toilets to rear in what was once an uncovered alley. Many years sgo the local Police foot patrol would pop in for a cheeky pint in said alley."
"It's rare to be able to visit and old traditional pub in the city centre. Great atmosphere created by the people in here and the friendly staff. It's small but that adds to the experience. Its a must visit to anyone coming to Manchester. I even found myself sat next to a well known actor enjoying a quiet pint on his way to Old Trafford."
