"I booked the platinum lounge for my daughters 18th birthday party. It was such a mistake!! The communication before hand was rude and unhelpful. The owner suggested I go somewhere else because I wanted then to open the venue with enough time to set up the buffet and decorations. This should have been warning ! But we had sent out invitations so we went ahead. On the day the venue had not been cleaned before we arrived, the staff ignored us completely as we rushed to prepare. It was as if we were invisible, a young boy(a relative of the owners) came in kicking a football around the room while we sorted the buffet. I could go on, but the guests arrived it was to our embarrassment they had no wine at all, only 2 bottles of prosecco, no draught anything. No mixers for gin, so many of my guests complained to me and the owner who was continually rude, angry and completely unprofessional. No apologies were made for not providing the party guests with the beverages they requested. At 11pm we were forced to leaved promptly (I struggled to collect my daughters presents, food from the buffet and the cake) and accidently forgot the banner I paid £40 for in the rush. I messaged the woman who said it had gone In the bin. It ruined my daughters night!! A day we can never get back!! The owner should not be in business I would STRONGLY suggest you avoid this venue for any special occasions. Learn from our painful mistakes."

"My second cousins 18th birthday party was recently held here. Such a disappointment as there was nothing to drink behind the bar, apart from bottles of prosecco at £25 a bottle and flat soda, lemonade and coke (we were told by the bar staff when we arrived that the drinks delivery hadn't arrived). No tonic to have with a gin or vodka, Disgraceful even though this party had been booked since November 2021. No one from the establishment bothered to advise about this, we found out when we all arrived. Definitely would not recommend!"

"Bought tickets spent on £24 pound on them, got 1 round of drinks that came after 15 mins i’d understand if it was very busy which it wasn’t, then waited around half an hour for are order to be taken again had to ask a bouncer to get staff which he did but after 20 mins he came back and we still hadn’t been served the table right next to us had four rounds by the time we got one round of drinks, i wouldn’t mind but we had payed to get in and still didn’t get served more than once without begging."
