"1 member of staff is particularly rude and unhelpful. Just come back from Wigan hospital and given in the prescription to be told “that doesn’t have your address on I’m not accepting that” so I asked what do I do? “I’m not saying nothing” so I asked again what am I supposed to do? Again “I’m not saying nothing” was the response and walked off! Luckily the other member of staff was very helpful. We went next door and the GP signed it and called through. I don’t think I have met or seen anyone be so rude to a customer before."
