"Rang to ask if something was in stock the man spoke very rudely and said yes I'm very busy at this time and put the phone down! I rang back and said I wanted to know a price he raised his voice and said I told you once I'm very busy at this time and put the phone down again!I was shocked and surprised that he could speak to customers in such a way especially when the government say shop at your local stores.i would never use this shop again and I'd advise people to be prepared to be spoken to like dirt if you do. Go elsewhere if you can!"
"Even though this hardware store looks like it stocks a lot of products I haven't seen many people use it. Maybe the price of their products are too expensive. I cannot really give advice on this shop as I have not purchased anything from them. The owner sits on a chair he can be seen fro the open door seven days a week."
