"I regret even giving 1 star considering the pathetic service. 1- I took my 1 year old injured so whose hand was cut with a glass. This blonde hair racist woman said to me 'your son is not gonna bleed to die'. How inconsiderate, inhumane and cruel remark to a mother who took her son after seeing 30 minutes of Unstoppable bleeding. 2- Recently, she gave me iron syrup for my son with outmmentioning the date of opening (This should be consumed with in 3 months of opening). I collected the medicine at least 1 week later and just noticed the date issue 4 days late. When I took the bottle to her, she first showed her attitude as it was my fault and wrote the date of the day I took the syrup back (means if I could use it for 3 months from that date) - approx 11 days expiry medicine could be given to 18 months old - doesn't bother for her. 3- The way she treats people from Asian and African origin is unacceptable. I have stopped going to this place now. And the reason to spend so much time writing this review is to take a small step to fight against unprofessional conduct, discrimination, racism, hatred."
