"If there was a zero star, this place would definately get it. Absolutely useless. They had received prescription electronically from GP, went in to collect only to be told it would not be done until the next day. This is no good for somebody who is in absolute agony. What a waste of space, use cohens chemist instead."
"I've been using this chemist since before Well purchased it from the Coop, & they are a great asset to the village. Great staff, fast service, a good selection of 'other' goods, rather than just perscriptions. Staff are first rate, especially the chemist and Charlet, sorry I never could spell, I'm dyslexic."
"Ordered a repeat prescription for ongoing medical condition. They couldn’t get hold of the medication so returned the prescription to the doctors without telling the patient. Other chemist have stock of the prescription but now have to wait for the doctor to reissue it to me. When rang and asked why they hadn’t let me know they said they had been to busy sorting out other patients - really!!!!!"
