Reviews of Springfield Pharmacy
"If only you could give zero….. I have never met such rude and ignorant people that couldn’t care if you or do not get your medication!! Asking stupid questions like “do you need it” well no I just like to collect prescriptions for the bloody fun of it!!! Ridiculous! They never answer the phone either so you’re constantly back and forth collect one prescription in several parts!!!"
"Absolute joke. My daughter was in severe pain and extremely emotional. I sent her out if the chemist so she could collect herself and the the pharmacist said he didn't have any of it in and to go to a different chemist. When I asked why while the shop was full of people he said because of the way I spoke to him. I was polite and didn't say anything out of place. So while my 17 year was in severe agony I had to go find another chemist, by bus at 5.30pm. Absolute joke. We ended up in A&E."
"What a mess. Phone to check if your prescription is ready, double check that all of it is there and good to go ... you will always be told it is. The chances that it is? Nil. Never ready for you, never complete when they hand it over. Always an excuse, but no responsibility taken at all. The shop itself is a shambles. 7 staff on duty, most not doing anything. Shelves are a mess, no one talks to each other so no one knows what I happening. Overwhelmed by customers as soon as more than 1 is in the store. Very handy as it's joined to a surgery ... but it's really not worth the hassle. Would still be quicker travelling somewhere else before heading home. Will be removing my family from their books ASAP."
"Local pharmacy on doorstep, never had a problem. Always friendly, helpful and if short of my prescribed items they get them in at their earliest but at same time make sure I have a supply to see me over till they can fulfill items. Went in today, within 5 mins I'd had flu jab and prescription ready and on way home. I understand that problems arise regarding repeat prescriptions, I've encountered same issues but found that it is the Drs systems that had not sent the prescription electronically when they tell you 'it's gone' already. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Support your local pharmacy or these small outlets will end up like the Banks,,,none to be found on the roads and town centre high streets."
"This pharmacy has got to be the worst in Salford if I could giveit a zero I would. There is about 7 staff don't know what exactly what they are doing they cannot tell their elbow from their backside they lie to your face. Absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever been to the whole lot wants sacking."
